• Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, lunchrooms, break areas, and common spaces throughout the facility.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, and maintain floors, walls, and windows.
• Dust surfaces, clean blinds, and perform floor stripping and waxing activities as required.
• Empty waste receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies throughout the facility.
• Clean tables, chairs, microwaves, refrigerators, and kitchen appliances in employee break areas.
• Maintain outdoor eating areas and assist with general outdoor upkeep as needed.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and maintain cleaning logs and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and other powered cleaning tools.
• Support a culture of teamwork by assisting other departments as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and cleaning procedures or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely operate powered cleaning equipment and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean work environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is located at a facility that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
