Westrock - - Responsibilities:
Perform electrical and mechanical preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in a fast-paced corrugated packaging manufacturing environment;
Maintain plant infrastructure, including building systems, grounds, and facility equipment;
Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime;
Execute preventive maintenance activities, including lubrication, wear measurements, component alignment and repositioning, and equipment inspections;
Monitor equipment operation by observing performance, vibration, temperature, and noise levels to identify and address potential issues;
Partner with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and plant performance;
Share technical knowledge and help train less experienced maintenance team members;
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with 5S principles
