Service Technician - Alta Nashoba Valley

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing and repairing issues according to policies, safety standards, and codes;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting completed work;
Access and obtain materials, equipment, and tools from the property maintenance department, track inventory, return items, and communicate re-order needs;
Document and process paperwork for service requests to ensure accurate tracking;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including trash removal, pressure-washing, cleaning, and painting curbs and signage
