Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor – Leonard Florence Center for Living

Salary: $81,000 - $86,000 per annum, based on experience.

Contract:

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Lead and oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring resident rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high quality and performance standards.
• Manage floor care, carpet cleaning, waste disposal, and inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and safety standards through regular inspections and staff training.
• Collaborate with other departments to support resident satisfaction, address concerns, and perform additional duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Housekeeping/Laundry in a hospital, long‑term care, or healthcare setting required.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.
