General Laborers

National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of general laborers for our location in Westminster, MA 01473.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers with covering flatbed trailers using heavy-duty tarps.
• Secure tarps using straps, chains, and bungee cords to ensure safe transport of loads.
• Perform physically demanding work in an outdoor environment.
• Inspect tarps and securement equipment for proper use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with additional yard and labor duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

3rd Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM

Hourly Pay:

$20.00 per hour

Pay Frequency:
Weekly

Requirements:

• Must provide two valid forms of identification (Photo  & SSC).
• Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Steel-toe boots are required for safety.
• Reliable transportation is required (No public transportation is available near the job site).
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions year-round.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pulling, and securing heavy tarps.
• Willingness to undergo a background check & drug test is required.
• Must be available to start working as soon as possible.
