Rental Shop Technician

Position Summary

We’re seeking Ski Rental Technicians to help guests start their mountain adventures with the right equipment and a great experience. In this role, you’ll fit boots, adjust bindings, and ensure each guest leaves ready to hit the slopes safely and comfortably. Full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available, with both day and evening shifts.

• Build knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment.
• Safely and accurately adjust rental bindings to fit boots.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Ensure all rental gear is cleaned and ready for use before being issued to guests.
• Provide guests with clear instructions on equipment usage when needed.
• Learn about resort services to help guide and assist guests.
• Complete rental forms with accurate inventory numbers and required signatures.
• Process returns by verifying inventory numbers and return times.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized rental shop (including sweeping, trash removal, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
