We are looking for a talented, experienced Facilities Crew Member to complete our facilities & maintenance team at the Lodge. Our Facilities Crew works closely with our Facilities Manager to ensure the property functions well, is exceptionally maintained and provides a great guest experience. The position includes support of ongoing maintenance programs as well as daily maintenance and facilities needs. This is a 100% hands-on role, with days spent solving facilities and maintenance issues in the field.
The Facilities Crew role, with its broad scope and mission-critical responsibilities, is a key position at our lodge.

Work well independently and as part of a supportive teamKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting with the operation and maintenance on Lodge freshwater, greywater, and blackwater systems
Assisting with maintaining and installing various irrigation systems on property
Cleaning, monitoring, and maintaining our beautiful series of man-made water features
Mulching the many freshly-planted hillsides that stretch across our properties
Other miscellaneous tasks such as refinishing/painting projects, pinball machine repair, tractor operation, chainsaw operation, and much more
Work independently and as a team to uphold the property’s maintenance standards
Enthusiastically support all facets or facilities operations
Carefully follow written and verbal instructions
Provide exceptional guest service and warm, caring hospitality
Responds to maintenance requests quickly and effectively
Communicate professionally at all times with all staff and management
Support team members and interns while fostering a positive work environment
Work safely, address/report safety issues, and use proper personal protective equipment
Comply with work shift schedules and break requirements
Perform other duties as assigned, including additional lodge support as needed EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED; college degree a plus Minimum one-year prior work experience in facility maintenance or similar
Previous experience in plumbing, irrigation, landscaping, and general labor/construction
Possess a driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience successfully living/working in rural/remote environment COMPETENCIES/REQUIRED
