Maintenance Specialist

* This position is located in Rutland, MA.

The available schedule for this position is:
Monday.

- Friday 7am-3pm with an on-call rotation for 1 week every 6 weeks

**$1,000 Sign-on Bonus*

** serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder.

** As a Maintenance Specialist, you will:*
* + Be part of a team that maintains a safe and homelike environment for students.

+ Have previous experience with interior building maintenance and repair.

+ Have the ability to multi-task, safely use power tools and lawn equipment is important.

+ You work well alone or as part of a team and take pride in your work.

+ Possess skillsets including painting, carpentry, interview building repairs (ie. holes in walls, removing/replacing doors etc) basic plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

** Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.*
