Job Summary
The Maintenance Assistant position at Vantage at Lowell supports facility upkeep, equipment maintenance, and safety. Maintenance Assistants ensure a clean, safe, and operational environment for residents and staff.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with grounds, building, and equipment maintenance
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Support fire drills and safety audits
- Maintain life safety and maintenance records
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Employment Type:
Full-Time - Pay Range: $18.00-$19.00

Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Maintenance or construction experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
