This role is based at our Navarre, OH plant with regular travel to our nearby Massillon, OH facility. You’ll work a steady Monday–Friday, 8‑hour schedule, with occasional overtime that supports production during peak periods.

As a Maintenance Technician
, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production running smoothly. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment is operating at peak performance—all while helping us deliver products our customers rely on. you will be doing:
- Participates and completes various maintenance initiatives to support production.
- Troubleshoots, repairs, and performs maintenance on all types of mechanical, infrastructure, electrical/components and HVAC equipment.
- Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit and electrical devices in buildings.
- Prepares drawings and specifications for all projects.
- Troubleshoots PLC programing as well as various communication formats.
- Completes projects and work orders as assigned.
- Completes additional tasks as assigned.
- Troubleshoots equipment to determine repairs needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ten plus years industrial maintenance experience.
- Electrical certifications required.
- Knowledgeable of the National Electric Code and OSHA regulations.
- Extensive electrical knowledge required, up to and including 600V.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Must be able to work required overtime schedule for project completions.
