Facility Technician 2nd Shift

• Perform cleaning, sweeping, dust mopping, and wet mopping all floors and corridors to ensure cleanliness.
• Determine the type of chemicals and equipment necessary for specific cleaning tasks.
• Provide EH&S with the proper MSDS for any new chemicals used in the facility.
• Assist in set up and tear down of internal company events.
• Perform routine maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory of supplies.
• Ensure that windows are washed and carpets are vacuumed.
• Remove trash and other debris from entrances and exits to buildings, as well as offices and cubicles (as needed).
• Perform weekly outside sweep to remove trash and debris and analyze facility for any issues.
• May perform monthly fire extinguisher evaluation.
• Identify cleaning problems and determine appropriate remedies.
• Create and maintain a daily and weekly cleaning schedule for facility cleaning.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
• 6 months of related experience required.
• Knowledge of the materials, supplies and equipment utilized in cleaning activities.

• Pay starting at $18.00/hour.
