• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with maintenance recommendations and service needs
• Write repair orders accurately and clearly
• Communicate vehicle updates and completion times
• Coordinate with technicians and parts departments
• Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and follow-up communication
• Help ensure smooth daily workflow within the Quick Lane operation

• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required
• Valid driver’s license required
