Customer Service Representative – CJ Logistics
At CJ Logistics, our Customer Service Representatives keep things moving! You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, handle paperwork, schedule shipments, and help keep everything on track behind the scenes. Pay & Schedule- Pay Range: $21.00 – $26.00/hour + $1.50 shift differential
- Schedule 1D: Friday – Monday 7:30 am – 6 pm ($1.50 shift differential)
- Schedule 2D: Friday – Monday 7:30 pm – 6 am ($1.50 shift differential)
- Customer Communication: Be the friendly, go‑to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top‑notch service and smooth operations.
- Schedule & Organize: Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track.
- Paperwork Perfection: Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy.
- Dock & Yard Coordination: Assign dock doors, track trailers, maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Team Player: Work closely with shift leads and support shipping and receiving when needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual in English / Korean
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Shipping & receiving experience is a plus; willingness to learn and grow is preferred
