A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.

1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience. Previous experience in sales support role. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
