From general and cosmetic dentistry to restorative and implant services, our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized care to every patient we serve.
We’re looking for a friendly and organized Patient Care Coordinator who thrives on building connections, supporting patients throughout their care journey, and ensuring the front desk runs smoothly. Pay: $20 - $23/hour (commensurate with experience) +
Monthly Office-Level Bonuses =
Earning potential well over $50,000/year!
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 8:00 - 5:00, Friday 8:00 - 1:00 p

What You'll Do as a Patient Care Coordinator:
- Be the first friendly face our patients see and make them feel at home
- Manage appointment scheduling and front desk operations
- Present treatment plans and help patients understand their options
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure smooth workflow
- Work closely with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
- Answer inquiries and deliver top-tier customer service
- Keep the front desk and treatment areas clean and organized
- 1+ year of dental experience
- 1+ year of treatment presentation experience (a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented and adaptable—because no two days are the same
Bonus Points: Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is a big plus.
