Position:
Manufacturing Engineer (Production Technology)
Job Description
- Design and optimize assembly processes for new battery models (e.g., JF1, JF2).
- Troubleshoot and maintain automated production equipment and PLC systems.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce cycle time and waste.
- Draft and update technical documentation, including PFMEA and process flow charts.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment installation and facility upgrades.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in manufacturing process design or equipment maintenance (Required).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/Solid Works).
- Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Experience in battery manufacturing or high-voltage systems.
