About the Role
World Finance is looking for a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. The role supports the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently, maximizing growth, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices.
- Provide top‑tier customer service, answering questions, concerns, and product inquiries.
- Process and prepare loan applications and loan documents.
- Take and process payments and balance the assigned cash drawer daily.
- Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and transport money to and from the bank as required.
- Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
- Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
- Demonstrated self‑confidence and strong organizational skills.
- Compassionate, kind, and eager to help others.
- A willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas.
- Team player who pitches in when needed and accepts help.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for independent bank deposits and other responsibilities.
- Frequently stationary with regular movement throughout the office; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Occasionally lifts up to 5 lbs. and may exert up to 30 lbs. of force (e.g., opening file drawers).
- Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
- Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
- Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
- Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Hourly Pay: $16 - $19.
