Estimator​/Auditor II

Cox Automotive is seeking an Estimator/Auditor II to support telecommunications and media-related automotive solutions. In this role, you will review project scopes, vendor quotes, and network/service invoices, validating cost accuracy and compliance with internal standards. You will develop detailed estimates, perform variance and margin analysis, and reconcile usage or billing discrepancies. Partnering with finance, operations, and technology teams, you'll improve cost models, support budgeting and forecasts, and prepare clear audit and estimate reports.

You'll also help refine processes, tools, and dashboards that drive data-informed decisions across Cox Automotive's brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for telecom and media-related projects and services
• Audit invoices, quotes, and contracts for accuracy and compliance with standards
• Analyze variances, margins, and usage data to identify issues and savings opportunities
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and technology teams on budgets and forecasts
• Prepare clear audit findings and estimate reports for stakeholders
• Maintain and improve cost models, estimation tools, and audit processes
• Support data-driven decision-making through reporting and dashboards
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies
