People In Motion is seeking an experienced, bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support daily staffing operations at one of our client locations. This is a highly active, hands-on position requiring someone who is comfortable working directly with employees, responding quickly to workforce needs, and moving throughout a busy facility for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for assigned employees and client management.
  • Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates according to the client’s workforce needs.
  • Conduct employee orientations, check-ins, and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, performance, and workplace conduct.
  • Address employee questions, concerns, coaching needs, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Maintain regular communication with the client regarding staffing levels, attendance, performance concerns, and open positions.
  • Assist with call-offs, employee replacements, and urgent staffing requests.
  • Walk throughout the facility regularly to check on employees and maintain a visible onsite presence.
  • Track employee hours and assist in resolving timekeeping or payroll discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support safety procedures and communicate workplace policies to employees.
  • Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Handle confidential employee and client information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform additional staffing and operational responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of experience in the staffing industry.
  • Previous recruiting experience is required.
  • Bilingual communication skills are required due to the position’s responsibility for communicating important onboarding, safety, attendance, and workplace information to a multilingual workforce.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly to urgent staffing needs.
  • Strong understanding of attendance management, employee relations, onboarding, and workplace policies.
  • Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, applicant-tracking systems, and staffing or payroll software.
  • Dependable, professional, and capable of working independently with limited supervision.
  • Flexible and willing to adjust to changing employee and client needs.
Physical Requirements

This is an active onsite position and is not primarily a desk-based role. The employee must be able to:

  • Remain on their feet for extended periods during the workday.
  • Frequently walk and move throughout a large facility.
  • Regularly transition between office, production, warehouse, and other operational areas.
  • Bend, reach, and safely navigate active work areas as needed.
  • Perform the essential responsibilities of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Pay and Benefits
  • Pay range: $60,000-$70,000 annually
  • staffing, recruiting, onsite-management, and employee-relations experience.
  • a 401(k) , dental insurance, vision insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off (PTO). Additional benefit eligibility, coverage details, and applicable waiting periods will be discussed during the hiring process.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is energetic, observant, approachable, and confident. They understand that successful onsite staffing requires more than sitting behind a desk. They are comfortable maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility, communicating with employees and supervisors, resolving problems, and remaining actively involved in daily operations.
