We are seeking a Retail Recruiter to Ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best associates, while growing a strong talent pool utilizing methods including face to face recruiting, social media networks, job posts, and associate referrals.

• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• For store positions, shopping the competitor and other retail establishments to find the talent we are searching for.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges/ mall recruitment sites, etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
• Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports to the members of management.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Assist management through the paperwork/hiring process of our Kronos HR/Payroll system.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.

• Proven work experience as a Retail Recruiter.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.
• Hands on experience with various selection processes – in person recruiting and interviewing, online interviews, phone interviewing, reference checks etc.
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
