What You'll Be Doing- Perform general labor duties to support daily plant, quarry, or yard operations.
- Operate tools and equipment safely while following established procedures.
- Inspect work areas and assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Support material handling, loading, unloading, and production activities as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to help achieve operational and safety goals.
- Commitment to working safely and following all safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependability, accountability, and a positive work ethic.
- Capability to learn new tasks, equipment, and processes effectively.
- Work is performed in an outdoor industrial environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
- Position requires standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, and other physical activities throughout the workday.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
