• Perform general labor duties to support daily plant, quarry, or yard operations.
• Operate tools and equipment safely while following established procedures.
• Inspect work areas and assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Support material handling, loading, unloading, and production activities as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to help achieve operational and safety goals.

• Work is performed in an outdoor industrial environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
• Position requires standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, and other physical activities throughout the workday.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
