Compensation: $115,000 - $173,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

The Manager, Process is responsible for leading process engineering and process improvement activities within an assigned manufacturing area to support safe, stable, and efficient production operations. This position oversees process performance, optimization, yield improvement, quality improvement, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement to achieve safety, quality, productivity, cost, and operational objectives.

The Manager, Process leads Process Engineers and other assigned team members and partners with Production, Equipment, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and global teams to resolve complex process issues, improve manufacturing performance, and support stable and reliable production operations.

• Manage process engineering and improvement activities to support safe, stable, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing operations.
• Monitor process performance, yield, quality, productivity, and other key performance indicators to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead the resolution of complex process, manufacturing, and quality issues using structured problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis.
• Develop and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions to improve process stability and manufacturing performance.
• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality, productivity, yield, cost, and efficiency.
• Establish and monitor process performance indicators and use data to prioritize improvement activities.
• Provide technical oversight and support for critical process engineering and manufacturing activities.
• Coordinate process activities with Production, Equipment, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and other departments to support operational priorities.
• Support new product, process, equipment, and manufacturing changes to ensure manufacturability and production readiness.
• Develop and maintain process standards, specifications, procedures, controls, and other required technical documentation.
• Support process validation, change management, and implementation of approved process improvements.
• Communicate with global headquarters and other technical teams regarding process performance, technical issues, continuous improvement, problem‑solving, and planning.
