Responsibilities

  • Support the Social Media Manager in planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Assist with campaign execution, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
  • Write engaging captions, copy overlays, and basic marketing copy aligned with brand voice
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, e-commerce, merchandising, retail, etc.) to gather assets and information for posts
  • Help manage content calendars and ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, flag trends or issues to the Social Media Manager
  • Stay up to date on social trends, platform updates, and best practices
  • Support additional marketing initiatives as needed (email, in-store promotions, events, etc.)
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Proactive, positive, and adaptable mindset
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools and analytics platforms preferred
  • Experience with photo/video content or editing tools is a plus
