• Competitive Pay: $95,000 - $105,000 annually+ credit for experience

• Oversee all health and wellness services for residents
• Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations
• Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations
• Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes
• Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call
• Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals

• Active Illinois Nursing License
• At minimum 2 years of clinical leadership experience within senior living, required.
