Job Description
- Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for battery cells and mechanical components.
- Monitor In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and conduct final inspections of finished ESS packs.
- Manage non-conforming reports (NCR) and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection checklists and SOPs.
- Assist in regulatory compliance audits (e.g., UL, UN 38.3).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance within a manufacturing environment (Required).
- Proficiency in operating and programming CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is highly preferred.
- Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) and battery testing equipment.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards.
- Experience in weld tension testing or electrical performance testing.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
