You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, handle paperwork, schedule shipments, and help keep everything on track behind the scenes. Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00/hour + $0.75 shift differential.
- Schedule 2A:
Tuesday - Saturday 3:30 pm – 12 am ($0.75 shift differential) - Schedule 2B:
Sunday - Thursday 3:30 pm – 12 am ($0.75 shift differential) - Schedule 2C:
Monday - Friday 3:30 pm – 12 am ($0.50 shift differential)
- Customer Communication – Be the friendly, go‑to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top‑notch service and smooth operations.
- Schedule & Organize – Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track.
- Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy.
- Dock & Yard Coordination – Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Team Player – Work closely with shift leads and support shipping and receiving as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual in English / Korean.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better.
