At CJ Logistics, our Customer Service Representatives keep things moving! You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, handle paperwork, schedule shipments, and help keep everything on track behind the scenes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love problem-solving, this role is for you!
Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00/hour + $0.75 shift differential
Schedules:
- 2A:
Tuesday - Saturday 3:30pm – 12am ($0.75 shift differential) - 2B:
Sunday - Thursday 3:30pm – 12am ($0.75 shift differential) - 2C:
Monday - Friday 3:30pm – 12am ($0.50 shift differential)
- Customer Communication – Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations.
- Schedule & Organize – Keep things moving! Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track.
- Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy—because details matter!
- Dock & Yard Coordination – Keep the flow efficient! Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Team Player – Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual in English / Korean
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better!
