Inventory Clerk - 1st shift

Pay Range: $21.00–$23.00 per hour + $0.75 shift differential

Schedule: 1A – Tuesday through Saturday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 1A – Sunday through Thursday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

• Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring everything is in its rightful place.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory, maintaining precise stock levels.
• Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy at all times.
• Investigate recurring inventory issues and determine the root cause, helping prevent future discrepancies.
• Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on‑hand, on‑order, damaged) and ensure proper handling for each.
• Operate a sit‑down forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and patience to handle even the most minor discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); experience with AS400 and/or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve work‑related issues effectively.
• Forklift certified and experience operating a stand‑up forklift.
• Willingness to tackle additional tasks as they arise.
