At CJ Logistics, we seek a detail‑oriented, proactive Inventory Clerk to join our team and keep our inventory running like clockwork! If you have an eagle eye for detail, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, we invite you to apply.
Pay & SchedulePay Range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour + $0.75 shift differential.
Schedule options:
- 1A – Tuesday thru Saturday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- 1A – Sunday thru Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations for inbound, outbound, and aisle inventory.
- Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies.
- Investigate recurring inventory issues and determine root causes to prevent future discrepancies.
- Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (on‑hand, on‑order, damaged) and ensure correct handling.
- Operate a sit‑down forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail; able to spot missing items from a mile away.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with AS400 and/or warehouse management systems is preferred.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve work‑related issues.
- Forklift certification—experience operating a stand‑up forklift.
