Inventory Clerk - 1st shift

Pay Range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour + $0.75 shift differential.

Schedule options:

• 1A – Tuesday thru Saturday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
• 1A – Sunday thru Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

• Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations for inbound, outbound, and aisle inventory.
• Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies.
• Investigate recurring inventory issues and determine root causes to prevent future discrepancies.
• Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (on‑hand, on‑order, damaged) and ensure correct handling.
• Operate a sit‑down forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail; able to spot missing items from a mile away.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with AS400 and/or warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve work‑related issues.
• Forklift certification—experience operating a stand‑up forklift.
• Willingness to tackle additional tasks as needed.
