Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $21–$23 per hour + $0.75 per hour shift differential
• Schedule: Second Shift A – Tuesday to Saturday, 3:30 pm–12:00 am
• Schedule: Second Shift B – Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 pm–12:00 am

• Greet and direct drivers; sign in/out, verify paperwork, and assign dock doors for inbound and outbound loads.
• Maintain trailer inventory accuracy with real‑time updates on doors and yard reports.
• Coordinate yard moves by working with spotters to ensure smooth yard activity; direct moves for spotters/yard jockeys.
• Process Bills of Lading and reconcile shipments with packing slips.
• Maintain accurate schedules, door reports, and trailer inventory.
• Deliver excellent customer service as the friendly face of the facility for both internal and external customers.
• Reconcile inbound shipments with packing slips and manage drop‑lot activity.
• Keep inbound and outbound schedules up to date to ensure seamless operations.
• Report discrepancies to leadership to maintain operations flow.
• Collaborate closely with shift management and leads to achieve shift goals.
• Participate actively in training programs to stay sharp.
• Perform all tasks safely and on time.
• Adapt to additional duties as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Technologically savvy – familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who works well with others to achieve shift goals.
• Reliable and dependable; consistent attendance is expected.
