Perform intermediate-level maintenance and repair work to maintain the service life of company assets, including physical structures, HVAC systems, mechanical and utility systems, and grounds and exterior systems.;
Support a safe, compliant, and fully operational healthcare environment.;
Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assigned work safely and effectively.;
Respond to service requests and preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner.;
