Provide prompt responses to resident's maintenance work orders;
Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and community public areas;
Perform necessary maintenance of HVAC equipment, including scheduled preventive maintenance and responding to emergency calls;
Address electrical malfunctions, repair/replace plumbing and lighting fixtures;
Maintain and service various appliances and flooring
