Job Description SummaryThis position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday + rotating on‑call schedule
- Stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas for extended periods.
- Work outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions.
- Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance.
- Occasional travel may be required for assistance, training, or meetings.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday on‑call duties.
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (for Certified Service Technicians).
- All certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions (applies to all Service Technicians).
- Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation, if applicable.
Hourly range: $23.00 – $27.00
