We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Director to join our care team at Palm Garden of Mattoon Healthcare & Senior Living. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well‑being of our residents.
Responsibilities- Oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring that machinery, equipment, and facilities are in optimal working condition to provide a secure and comfortable environment for our residents.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all maintenance operations comply with health and safety regulations, upholding the highest standards of quality and care.
- Previous experience in senior care or long‑term care settings is preferred, but we will train the right candidate for this rewarding position.
