Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | Evening shifts beginning after 5:00 PM Location: Mattoon, Illinois

ESS Clean is looking for a dependable Evening Janitorial Associate to help maintain clean and welcoming facilities for our customers in Mattoon.

This is a great opportunity for someone who prefers a predictable weekday schedule and enjoys working independently. Your work helps create clean, comfortable, and professional spaces for the people who use these facilities every day.

Your assigned duties will include routine cleaning and upkeep, such as:

• Maintaining offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Removing garbage and changing trash liners
• Dusting and disinfecting surfaces
• Replenishing restroom and break room supplies
• Following established cleaning procedures and site requirements
• Making sure assigned areas meet ESS Clean's quality standards

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Can consistently report to work as scheduled
• Takes pride in completing their work thoroughly
• Is comfortable working independently
• Can manage time and stay on task
• Pays attention to details
• Has dependable transportation to the assigned work location
• Is able to lift up to 50 pounds
