Clean Team is hiring a dependable Evening Office Cleaner / Janitorial Technician to perform commercial cleaning in professional office environments in the Maumee area. This role is focused strictly on commercial and office facilities; no residential or private home cleaning is required.

This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, organized work spaces, and who work well independently in a structured environment. Team members follow established cleaning procedures and site‑specific instructions to ensure facilities remain clean, sanitary, and presentable for employees and visitors.

• Provide janitorial cleaning services in professional office and commercial facility settings
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, hallways, offices, and shared work spaces according to company standards
• Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and surfaces to maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Wipe surfaces, counters, fixtures, and sanitize high‑touch areas such as door handles, switches, and shared equipment
• Remove trash and recycling, replace liners, and maintain overall facility cleanliness
• Replenish restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and paper products, ensuring all areas remain fully stocked
• Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and other visible areas as assigned
• Follow site‑specific cleaning checklists, instructions, and safety procedures at all times
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to company guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding supply needs, maintenance issues, or site concerns
• Complete all assigned tasks efficiently within the scheduled shift

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform routine physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the full evening schedule consistently
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity with minimal supervision
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required; training is provided
