Timbers Town Center, formerly The Shops at Fallen Timbers, is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Operations team as Housekeepers
.

Our Housekeeping team plays an important role in keeping the property clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests, tenants, and employees. This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

We are currently hiring for multiple Housekeeping positions, including:

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift
• Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift
• Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday, 1st Shift

As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of Timbers Town Center.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean and maintain interior and exterior common areas throughout the property.
• Maintain public restrooms, family lounge areas, offices, and break rooms.
• Collect and dispose of trash from tenant and outdoor receptacles.
• Perform litter removal throughout parking lots, sidewalks, truck courts, landscaped areas, and other exterior spaces.
• Sweep, scrub, and maintain corridors and vacant storefront entrances
• Respond to spills and other housekeeping needs as they arise.
• Assist with seasonal cleaning, special projects, and event setup and cleanup.
• Safely operate housekeeping and cleaning equipment.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment throughout the property.

• Previous custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
  .
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's licence required.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members, tenants, and guests.
• Ability to safely operate standard cleaning equipment and supplies.

This is an active position that requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
. Work is performed throughout the shopping centre in both indoor and outdoor environments and may include exposure to varying weather conditions.
