General Custodian – 4 hrs/day
Location: Maumelle Middle School, 1000 Carnahan Drive, Maumelle, AR 72113
Reporting To: Building Principal/Area Supervisor
Job Goal: To provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place in which to learn, play, and develop.
Qualifications- Experience in custodial work or willingness to learn
- Ability to do physical labor
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
- Scrub, mop, wax, and polish floors as needed.
- Vacuum and clean carpet.
- Dust and polish furniture, wash windows, woodwork, venetian blinds, and bathrooms.
- Responsible for removal of trash from assigned areas.
- Clean up grounds and perform routine tasks required in the care of the grounds.
- Move office and school furniture as needed.
- Perform work at varying heights on a ladder.
- Perform some heavy lifting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: Range 1 – Support Staff Hourly Salary Schedule ($15.00/hr – $21.06/hr depending on relevant experience)
