Woodbend Apartments is a 104 unit affordable multi-family property in Maumelle, AR. As a Part Time Groundskeeper, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.
You will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the apartment community. Duties include walking the property to pick up trash, sweeping breezeways, cleaning common areas, assisting with vacant apartment clean-outs, and performing light maintenance tasks as needed.
