Perform daily light bulb walk around/inspection to ensure public area lights are operable.;
Perform general building maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment issues.;
Maintain organization of all storage and equipment areas.;
Perform painting projects for common and office areas.
