Full-Time Seasonal Cleaner

Join Emerald Isle Property Management Inc. for the 2026 season! We are looking for reliable, hardworking full-time cleaners to join our growing team starting in May or June. This is a seasonal position running through September or October.

• Cleaning high-end vacation homes between guest check-ins and check-outs
• Typical shifts are:
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Work 5 days per week with 2 days off
• Additional hours may be available
• Saturdays are required from June through September
• We manage luxury properties, and our standards of cleanliness reflect that

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, crouch, kneel, and move for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable transportation to and from properties
• Working phone with data and minutes
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean criminal record

• Deep cleaning vacation homes to high standards
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and hand-washing floors
• Making beds neatly and preparing homes for arriving guests
• Scrubbing grout, tile, tubs, showers, and toilets
• Cleaning all surfaces thoroughly
  
  Moving light furniture when needed
• Using a 3–4 step ladder to clean light fixtures and high surfaces
• Ensuring every property is spotless and guest‑ready

• Gas allowance during working hours
• Phone/data allowance

• No experience is necessary — training will be provided. Experience is considered an asset.
