Processes and sorts all mail received and sent, including registered, certified, insured mail and next day delivery;
Routes mail to appropriate units using VA-wide mail codes;
Operates mailroom equipment and maintains production/supply records;
Maintains disposition or correspondence records and directs items to correct units
