• Valid LBS1 certification required
• Experience or strong desire to work with K-12 students, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Solid understanding of IEP processes, development, and implementation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to each students needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with school policies and legal guidelines
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, families, and administration to foster student success
• Track and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
