Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated Lead Special Education Teacher for a full-time position for the 2026–2027 school year in Maywood, IL.

IEP Lead Teacher / Case Manager for Middle School

• Valid Illinois PEL with LBS1 endorsement
• Case Manager experience
• Fingerprinting and background check required before start
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for inclusive education and student-centered practices
