AboutThe Role
In this role, the Medical Lab Scientist supports the delivery of patient care by performing waived, moderate, and high‑complexity testing to support the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. Candidates must have clinical laboratory experience with these testing levels through education or work experience.
What Youll Do- Performs all laboratory testing, including the pre-examination phase in accordance with standard operating procedures and accreditation guidelines to support the delivery of patient care.
- Conducts and documents established quality control procedures on analytical tests, equipment, reagents, media, and products; evaluates the results of quality control testing and implements corrective action according to established protocols to ensure the accuracy and quality of patient testing.

Medical Technology, Medical Technician, Medical Laboratory Science - Blood Bank experience required
- Bachelor's Degree/OR associate's degree
- Medical Laboratory Science Program;
Chemistry, Biology
- Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP) or equivalent

Pay Range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
