AboutThe Role
The Director of Regional Medical Group Revenue Site Operations provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple ambulatory locations within the region. This position ensures high performance, regulatory readiness, and operational excellence across diverse clinical and administrative teams. The Director drives regional strategies, optimizes workflows, and addresses complex operational challenges that directly influence financial performance, patient access, coding accuracy, billing efficiency, and overall service delivery.
This leader partners closely with Service Areas, Regional Leadership, and Health Ministries to align goals, integrate operations, and maintain consistent service and quality standards. This role includes oversight of the Illinois Professional Billing (PB) Coding and Enrollment teams. The role carries decision‑making responsibility for day‑to‑day operations with short‑to‑mid‑term organizational impact. It also oversees a leadership structure that includes managers and their direct reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field AND 7–10 years of progressive experience
- Revenue cycle operations
- Revenue metrics & analytics
- Revenue management OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience within a multi‑facility integrated healthcare system, revenue cycle environment, or consulting setting
- Strong knowledge of ICD‑10, CPT coding, and medical terminology
- Epic experience
- Understanding of accounting systems, insurance processes, healthcare industry trends, legal/regulatory requirements, and third‑party/governmental guidelines

Pay Range: $61.54 - $101.54 annualized
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
