Position: Patient Care Tech II  4 Tower
Trinity Health - Up to $25.53/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of direct patient care procedures to assist the unit manager, professional staff and physicians in providing patient care.;
Meet the comfort and hygiene needs of the patient, including bathing, oral hygiene, hair care, bedpan/urinal use, skin care, and bedding changes; distribute meals and beverages.;
Take vital signs, collect lab specimens, and assist with completion of patient testing and treatment procedures (IV tubing, 12-lead ECG, suctioning, wound and throat cultures).;
Assist with equipment supply/setup, and with ambulating patients and transfers using assistive devices.;
Document care and communicate effectively with patients and families, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting regulatory requirements and quality improvement.
