What Registered Nurse RN Will Need- A Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing is required – BSN or ADN
- BLS provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
- Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
- 1 year of RN inpatient acute hospital experience
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date into position
BSN Pay Range: $36.05 - $59.92 per hour
ADN Pay Range: $32.97 - $57.06 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
