Our clinic in Oakbrook Terrace seeks a team‑player, patient‑centered CMA interested in ENT work. The role focuses on providing direct patient care and administrative support in an ambulatory setting, collaborating with physicians and health‑care professionals under supervision.

Day Shift

Loyola Medicine, part of Trinity Health, is a nationally ranked academic, qua ternary care system in Chicago’s western suburbs. Loyola Medicine Transport is based at Loyola University Medical Center and operates within a three‑hospital system that includes Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and Mac Neal Hospital.

• Provides direct patient care including history taking, assisting with routine tasks and procedures, telephone messaging, scheduling, and follow‑up orders.
• Coordinates pre, intra, and post‑visit aspects of care, including registration, scheduling, and physician‑patient communication.
• Works under supervision of a registered professional nurse or physician as needed and in the physician’s absence.
• Administers medication and collaborates with ancillary departments and services to coordinate care.

Pay Range: $18.16 – $28.14 per hour; compensation can vary based on experience, qualifications, licensure, and location.

• High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education.
• Successful completion of an accredited medical assistant program.
• At least one year of previous job‑related experience (preferred).
• Must possess one of the following Medical Assistant credentials within six months of hire:
  American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), National Health career Association (NHA). CPR/BLS certification by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
